  • Monitoring, inspecting, documenting and reporting internal and external violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons and activities; preparing written and electronic statements;
  • Enforcing restricted access by unauthorized persons & Performing crowd control as directed;
  • Observing transactions, slot drops, chip fills and transferring items to Lost & Found;
  • Performing identification checks to any guest who appears under 30; provides escorts to guests and employees
  • Referring disputes to the Supervisor, Security; Attend to first aid incidents; assists with the self exclusion program
  • Conducting regular patrols of the interior and exterior of the property as assigned;
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be Successful!
  • Two (2) years of experience working with the public in a service role or in the service industry;
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities; previous security experience an asset;
  • Must have a valid class drivers license; A current First Aid & CPR certification will be required
  • Inquisitive, investigative mind with the ability to identify suspicious behaviors/transactions and make sound judgements, ability to work independently and exercise discretion when under pressure
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Provincial Gaming License;
