• Valid Security License.
• OFA Certificate - First Aid Level 1/CPR.
• AST or Use of Force Certification.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Top-notch customer service skill set.
• Adaptability to work in cohesive team environment.
• Loss Prevention or Retail Security experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities/Duties include:

• Ability to patrol for long hours.
• Demonstrate strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to create high-quality detailed incident reports.
• Flexible availability including weekends and overnights.
• Demonstrate confident de-escalation skills.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations in a calm demeanour.
• Ability to perform job-related assigned tasks.
• Able to act in accordance with organization\'s policies and procedures.
• Assist Center tenants with suspicious individuals.
• Assist store\'s Loss Prevention Officers to deal with escalated situations.
• Assist Center tenants with safety related concerns.
• Escalating health and safety issues to the client.
• Assist with third - party contractors access control.
• Assist with parking enforcement if required.
• Ability to deal with trespassers and de-escalate situations.
• Assist to assist with fire alarms and medical incidents.
• Escalate high risk incidents to Security Supervisor.

This job reports to the Vishal VishalThis is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends.
