Central Parc Laval (CPL) sets the standard for refined rental living in Quebec. We are seeking a polished, service-driven Security Guard to safeguard our three-tower community, protect residents and guests, and preserve the serenity of our premium amenities.

Your Mission

Monitor fob-controlled entrances via 1VALET and CCTV, issue temporary passes, and maintain the visitor log. Conduct floor-by-floor patrols (rooftop terrace, gym, cinema, garage) and enforce CPL house rules with tact. Perform pool-chemical balance checks and complete nightly life-safety inspections. Act as first responder for fire-panel alarms, medical situations, or building emergencies; draft incident reports. Receive parcels after hours, coordinate contractor escorts, and provide directions or basic building information. Liaise with property management, maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure seamless operations.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a valid Quebec Security Guard Permit (BSP) (an asset) Minimum 1 year condo/hotel security experience (luxury setting an asset) Fluent in English and French; excellent written report-writing skills Comfortable with building-management software, CCTV, and fire-alarm panels Available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays Poised, diplomatic, and able to remain calm in high-pressure situations Demonstrates leadership, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to service excellence
