What you do: \xc2\xb7 Maintain order, civility and respect where ever you are positioned \xc2\xb7 Prepared to help and handle in all emergencies according to procedure (fire, medical, violent) \xc2\xb7 Controlling Admittance \xc2\xb7 De-Escalating difficult patrons \xc2\xb7 Greetings and Crowd Control This may include door attendants restricting access by managing guest lists, enforcing dress codes, and checking identification to ensure patrons are old enough to enter. Responsible for ensuring staff and client safety. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Must be professionally fluent in the English language \xc2\xb7 Must have Ontario Security Guard License \xc2\xb7 Must have Certification in Legal Authorities and Use of Force \xc2\xb7 Must have Standard First Aid/CPR \xc2\xb7 Crisis Intervention and Tactical communication certification would be considered an asset Who you are: \xc2\xb7 Mature individual, physically fit, confident, and with experience in security and crowd control Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week Salary: $20.00 per hour Schedule:

• Night shift

• Brampton, ON L7A 2Y7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• security guard: 1 year (required)

Language:

• Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Security Guard Licence (required)
• Use of Force Training (required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (required)
• Overnight Shift (required)
