Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $18 - $19.50 per hour.

Schedule

Tuesday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm and Saturday 11am to 11pm

Sunday from 12am - 12pm and Monday to Thursday from 12am - 8am

Concierge Responsibilities:

Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions Monitor security cameras Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies Create assigned reports Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.

Concierge Requirements:

1+ years

of experience as a

Concierge

Valid Ontario Security License Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal) Proficiency with computers and MS Office Team player - positive, honest and motivated Lead by example
