Our training programs are also a leader in the security industry, and they will help prepare you for advancements, as well as build your resume for a potential career in law enforcement

The on-site high-profile security personnel will provide a variety of services, implementing the Tsuut\xe2\x80\x99ina Police service security objectives according to policies and procedures which may include but are not limited to the following general tasks:

• Protect the safety of persons and their belongings on Headquarters property
• Complete interior and exterior patrol rounds of cell block
• Monitor security consoles (access control, secure elevator, and CCTV video monitors)
• Respond to alarms
• Complete incident reports, logs, and daily operating reports
• Lock and unlock doors as scheduled or required
• Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions
• Maintain a log of security incidents and report occurrences
• Document, secure, and manage lost and found property and property safekeeping
• Document all events in notebook or electronic incident report
• 5 min - 15 min checks of detained persons in the cell block
• Complete necessary track tik reports based on responsibilities.
• Other duties as required / requested

Qualifications: * Minimum One Year of Experience in Security

• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
• Police information check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• A Valid Standard First Aid/CPR - Level C W/ AED is an asset
• Valid Alberta Security Guard License

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (Any)

Valid Alberta Security License
Vulnerable Sector Check
