Founded as a sanitarium for tuberculosis patients, West Park has expanded on its role as a leader in tuberculosis care to develop services for other respiratory illnesses and complex conditions. West Park provides specialized rehabilitation, complex continuing and long-term care services, helping individuals manage difficult health challenges like lung disease, diabetes, stroke, amputation and musculoskeletal issues arising from a life-changing event or illness. At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:

• Immunization Record
• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
