At Cornerstone Security & Transport Inc., we are committed to providing professional and reliable security services. We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily security operations, staff supervision, and emergency response coordination.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for managing and responding to emergency situations.

Compile, prepare, and submit progress reports and other required documentation.

Request and coordinate the purchase of necessary materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

Address workplace issues, offer technical guidance, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and quality of work.

Supervise, coordinate, and assign the daily activities of workers, reviewing tasks as needed.

Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety standards, and company policies.

Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Requirements

Language:

English

Education:

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience

Credentials:

Valid Security Guard License

Other Requirements:

Basic security clearance Valid driver's license check may be required

Work Setting & Conditions

On-site role (no remote work option) Employer covers relocation costs if applicable Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
