Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are addressed promptly.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the facility. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or breaches of security. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for management review. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security risks.

Skills

Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable. Proficient in surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems. Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices. Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and visitors professionally. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
