Job Description

Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated SOC and Mobile Security Guards, to join our exciting, hard working and growing team in Mississauga, Ontario. Job Duties:

• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
• Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
• Monitor and control access at defined facility and property entry control points and assigned security posts
• Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
• Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

Requirements:

• A valid Ontario security license
• Minimum 3 years of security experience is required
• Valid driving G license required
• Completion of post-secondary studies in Law & security/police foundations diploma program is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Can stay alert at all times
• Ability to respond well to emergency situations

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Security Guard Licence (required)
• Police Foundation or Law and Security Education (required)
• Class G Licence (required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (preferred)
• Night Shift (preferred)
• Overnight Shift (preferred)
