Job Overview
Fivestar Bailiff & Security Services is seeking dedicated and professional Safety & Security Guards to join our team at Peggy's Cove, one of Nova Scotia's most iconic landmarks. This is an outdoor position requiring resilience in all weather conditions, with plans in place for extreme weather events.
We provide full uniforms, PPE, and cover the cost of your security license.
Responsibilities
Follow and enforce Fivestar's protocols and site-specific client guidelines. Safeguard people, property, and sensitive information. Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and others. Perform thorough on-foot patrols across outdoor areas and facilities. Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and potential threats. Support daily operations including patrols, incident reporting, emergency response, resident/visitor support, and access control management.

Customer service experience Previous security supervisory experience Strong situational awareness Additional relevant certifications (safety, security, or emergency response)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 48 per week
