Job Description

A minimum of 1 year of security experience in a Hotel or related industry considered an asset Must be currently licensed as a security guard Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR certificate required Must be able to work midnights Familiarity with Canadian and provincial laws for hotels and safety regulations Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with sensitive matters an information Self-motivated and detailed orientated Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation High energy, outgoing personality with a strong - professional interpersonal communication skills
The successful candidate will be responsible to secure the overall safety and security of the hotel, guests, members, and team members by conducting floor patrols and patrolling the parking lot. Additional duties will include, acting as a member of the Emergency Response Team in case of fire, safety concerns, and medical emergencies; working with team members to enforce policies and procedures; addressing disruptive guests in the hotel and club; and assisting with any other parking lot duties.
