We are seeking a Full-Time Parking Enforcement Security Officer to work with one of our major clients in Winnipeg. In this position, you will help maintain a secure parking environment for one of our biggest clients in Winnipeg.We prioritize growth from within - 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to join our operations teams.What's in it for you:

What Does a Parking Enforcement Security Officer Do?As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of parking areas. Your key duties will include patrolling parking lots, monitoring vehicles for violations, and providing a visible security presence to maintain order.

• Wear proper uniform and identification badge.
• Carry required equipment (ticket book, handheld device, flashlight, and communication device).
• Ensure any enforcement vehicle is operational and clearly marked..

• Walk or drive through the lot to identify unauthorized vehicles.
• Check for valid parking permits displayed clearly on dashboards or hang tags

• Document violations with photos (if required) for evidence.
• Fill out the violation notice accurately
• Advise drivers to contact the college's parking office for disputes.
• Avoid escalating conflicts; involve law enforcement if necessary.

Qualifications to Become a Parking Enforcement Security Officer:

• Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard License
• Provide a clean Drivers Abstract
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• High School Education or equivalent
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Computer Skills for reporting and monitoring
