Job Summary:

Secure Shield Security is currently seeking a reliable and professional

Construction Site Security Guard

to join our growing team. The successful candidate must hold a

valid Ontario Security Guard License

and a

G or G2 driver's license

. As a Construction Site Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's site, assets, and personnel.

This position requires a high level of vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned construction site(s) to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Conduct routine site inspections and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards Maintain detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports Control access to the site by verifying the credentials of personnel and visitors Ensure all safety protocols and company procedures are followed Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies and contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional presence at all times

Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory) Valid G or G2 driver's license (mandatory) Access to a reliable vehicle (preferred or required, depending on job location) Previous security experience, especially on construction sites, is an asset Strong observational and communication skills Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions Must be available for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $17.75-$27.45 per hour
