The successful candidate will be experienced in supervising within the security industry and familiar with alarm response, mobile patrol, critical thinking and coaching.




Must be available for day shift, with flexibility and availability 7 days a week (40 hour week)

Required Qualifications and Skills:



BC Security Workers License Valid Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract Must be available for day shift, with flexibility and availability 7 days a week (40 hour week) Mobile Patrol supervisory experience in the security industry with the ability to lead and mentor our security team, ensuring effective operations and adherence to safety protocols At least 2-3 years of security industry experience including alarm response Ability to oversee and be accountable for the effectiveness of all Security Guard and Mobile Divisions, ensuring excellence in client service in every interaction with staff and clients Background in client sales and with ability to drive and expand client relations and business growth The ability to interact with people in a compassionate and respectful manner Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing with the ability to write clear and concise incident reports A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease A strong desire to provide excellent customer service to clients and the public Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc. Outstanding dress and deportment Must be fluent in English




Mobile Patrol Supervisor - General Responsibilities:



Establish and maintain strong relationships with our mobile patrol division staff, Static guards and Regional Director of Operations Ability to provide training and mentoring to our security professionals on security policies and procedures in a calm effective manner Proactively manage team members with a focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, manage performance of direct reports Work effectively with other departments, demonstrating strong administrative skills Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support of employees including assisting with ongoing training, providing corrective support, and ensuring adherence to all company policy Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time-sensitive lockups/unlocks of commercial buildings and gates as needed
