• Monday: 1015 1815
• Friday: 1015 1815
• Saturday: 1015 1815
• Sunday: 1300 1730
• Position 2

• Tuesday Thursday: 1000 1800 ( Open, female guard required)

What Does a Library Security Guard in Saskatoon Do?

• Maintain Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property
• Monitor Premises: Regularly patrol and monitor the premises to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
• Enforce Regulations: Enforce property regulations and local city bylaws on the clients site
• Protect Assets: Safeguard the clients assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety concerns
• Complete Reports: Document daily activities, incidents, and any relevant security concerns in detailed reports

Qualifications to Become a Library Security Guard in Saskatoon:

• Security Experience: Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Observation: Pay attention to details and Monitoring
• Criminal Background: Clean criminal background check required
• Training: Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can help you obtain this)
• First Aid: Standard First Aid Level C is an asset
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations and emergency incidents
• Eligibility to Work: Must be eligible to work in Canada
