We are looking for experienced full-time and part-time level 2 guards (Tactical) to work in a Retail location and have ability to enforce rules, remove trespassers etc. All candidates must have Use of Force training that is current. Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Enforce the Trespass to Property act.
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
- Use of Force training is required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Good knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act.
- Ability to deal with trespassers as required.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work retail hours.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Ontario Security Guard: 1 year (required)
- Tactical Guard: 1 year (preferred)
- Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
