The security guard is important to the proper functioning of the residential community and is responsible for the general security of the property and safety awareness. The Customer Service Representative must have a service-oriented approach, strong interpersonal communication skills, and flexible working hours, including night and/or shifts, weekdays or weekends, as well as than custody requirements. A positive attitude in a learning environment is essential, and attendance at training and business development workshops/seminars will be required for further development.
Responsibilities:
Customer service : - Deal professionally and courteously with all inquiries, comments, complaints or concerns following established company guidelines. Ensure that a high level of resident relations is maintained during contact. - Maintain general attention to the safety of residents. - Foster a strong culture of customer service among all staff. - Refrain from using unnecessary force or engaging in behavior that is prohibited or not permitted by law. - Respect the privacy of others by treating all information received as confidential, unless disclosure is required in connection with this job or by law and cooperate with law enforcement when required by law. - Promote a strong sense of belonging to the community. General functions: - Random and frequent security patrols of property, grounds, stairwells, hallways and common rooms, including checking doors, locks and lighting. - Identify and report to the building operations team deficiencies that need to be repaired. - Record and document events/matters that have occurred or are likely to occur on the property that are likely to result in unsafe conditions and/or adversely affect the reputation and perception of the property and the company . - Help take the necessary safety measures, if necessary, in case of bad weather by shoveling, sanding, salting the sidewalks of the entrances to the buildings. - Maintain patrol logs. - Help with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or picking up trash. - Assist in move-in and move-out operations. - Adhere to regular fire and life safety standards, including monthly testing and annual drills. - Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures, including fire and flood. - Know and respect the company's health and safety policy. - Wear the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary. - Participate in special projects from time to time, as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements: - 1-2 years of relevant experience. - A passion for excellence in delivering customer service. - Ability to resolve resident issues in a professional manner. - Good interpersonal / customer service skills. - Good physical condition / ability to walk or be physical for long periods of time. - No criminal record - positive criminal background check results.
