Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety and security. Prepare detailed reports on any incidents or irregularities observed during shifts. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

Previous experience in security preferred. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
