Job Summary

We are seeking vigilant and dependable Security Guards to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring communities, conducting patrols, and ensuring a safe environment. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our organization through proactive surveillance and loss prevention measures.

Responsibilities

Monitor and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential safety hazards or unauthorized access. Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols. Document incidents accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or vandalism. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure safety.

Skills

Prior experience or background in law enforcement is preferred but not required. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices. Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when needed. Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
