Backwoods Security Services is seeking experienced Security Guards Wage: $22.00 / Hour Schedule: 7:00PM - 7:00AM , 7 on; 7 off Transportation: Shuttle offered from Fort McMurray to site each day When: ASAP What we offer:

The Role:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by patrolling and monitoring premises
• Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
• Access Control: Permit authorized persons entry to site when required
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures; restrain if necessary
• Control traffic by directing drivers
• Complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA\xe2\x80\x99s) and Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR\xe2\x80\x99s) and Incident Reports (IR\xe2\x80\x99s) when required
• Inspect Backwoods vehicles, notify Security Coordinator when service is required
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
• Able to work efficiently and effectively both as part of a team or individually on site

What We\'re Looking For:

• Local to the Fort McMurray / Anzac area (required)
• Alberta Security License (required)
• 1 year Industrial Security experience (required)
• Class 5 Driver\'s License with no more than 6 demerits (required)
• Standard First Aid with CPR (required)
• CSTS (required)
• H2S Awareness (preferred)

• Mobile Security: 1 year (required)
• Security: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Alberta Security License (required)

• Class 5 Driver\'s License (required)
