Profile:

As
a member of the Security Operations Centre, the successful candidate coordinates
and actions requests in the daily operations of the Division regarding daily
and hourly staff planning, scheduling, deployment, time and attendance,
incident reporting and communications. 24/7 contact center for Commissionaires,
Clients, the public and managerial staff.

Qualifications:
Reliability
Security Clearance will be needed (Must have 5 yrs residency in Canada)
Valid
Security guard license will be required.
Proficiency
in written and oral communication
Proficiency
with Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
Call
taking and order fulfillment with associated documentation.
Quality
assurance of documentation, scheduling, administrative duties with attention to
detail
Ability
to multi-task and complete work within deadlines

Additional skills:
Supervisory training and
experience in field/office environment
Previous experience in
dispatch environment
Valid Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s
License preferred.
