What does a Security Guard do?

Ensure the protection of people, property and premises

Conduct interior and exterior patrols

Liaise with visitors, customers and the general public on a regular basis

Control the entrances and exits with the equipment at your disposal

Carry out preventive surveillance rounds. Prevent fire, theft and vandalism

Removal of unauthorized individuals- hands off policy

Qualifications to become a Security Guard

Saskatchewan Security Training Certificate- we can also help our employees get this.

Flexible availability. Able to work days, evenings or nights

Physically fit to walk 10-15 km per day and able to work 12-hr shifts when required

Have a clear criminal background and first aid card

Be eligible to work in Canada and be 18 years or older

Reliable vehicle incase of events taking place outside of the city
