Position: Security Guard - Foot Patrol

Site: Colliers International - West Metro

City: 185 The West Mall, Etobicoke

Status: Part-Time Nights

Schedule: Saturday - 00:00 - 12:00 / Monday + Tuesday - 00:00 - 08:00 (28 Hours / Week)

Pay Rate: $18.00 /hr.

Colliers International is a Canada-based global commercial real estate services organization with approximately 12,000 employees in more offices in 69 countries. The firm provides services to commercial real estate users, owners, investors and developers: they include consulting, corporate facilities, investment services, landlords and tenant representation, project management, urban planning, property and asset management and valuation and advisory services. The organization serves the hotel, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail and residential property sectors.

• Observe and report all activity on site
• Proactive & reactive security patrols
• Response to incidents
• Report writing
• Investigate routine incidents
• Assit wiht daily perations of the site location
• Respond to emergency situations
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Assist guests, patrons, contractors, and all visitors on the property
• Draft written daily occurrence reports
• Access Control
• Line Management
• Crowd Control
• Report to the site supervisor, CSM, and management as needed or required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or outlined by management and the company.

Requirements:
1. Must have a valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (WSIB Approved)
2. Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard License
3. Must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 - Double Vaccinated (2 Doses Minimum)
4. Must be able to commit a minimum of 6 months Full-Time
5. Must be willing and able to attend 4 days of Mandatory Orientation Training (32 Hrs of Training)
6. Must be proficient in Reading, Writing, and Speaking the English Language.
