Ovenight: 2300 - 0700

Pay Rate

: $16.50 - $18.10

Overview:

We are looking for diligent and reliable security guards to join our team for a site in

Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment.

Requirement:

Valid

Manitoba

security guard license. Display

exceptional customer service and communication skills

Have

intermediate computer skills

to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites Experience with report writing and note-taking. Must be eligible to work in Canada. First Aid and CPR Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Conduct foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas. Monitor and report suspicious activities and persons. Prevent and detect thefts or vandalism. Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs. Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively. Use radios and cell phones to communicate with team members. Follow emergency procedures and respond to alarms. Ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
