AvranceCorp is a Toronto-based real estate and technology group with over 7,000 residential units and $3.5B+ in active projects across Ontario. Through our financial arm, Avrance Capital Management (ACM), we are building REXchange, a next-generation blockchain-powered real estate exchange operating under the OSC/CSA regulatory sandbox.

We're looking for a Security & Compliance Officer to lead data protection, cybersecurity, and global regulatory compliance across our digital asset exchange platform. The role blends FinTech, blockchain, and real estate regulation at an international level.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage enterprise-wide security policies (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2). Oversee AML/KYC and sandbox compliance with OSC/CSA, FINTRAC, SEC, FCA, and VARA. Ensure adherence to global privacy frameworks (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, DIFC DP Law). Embed regulatory controls in tokenized asset smart contracts and exchange systems. Design compliance dashboards, risk registers, and audit trails for regulator visibility. Collaborate with legal, tech, and audit partners across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or FinTech regulation. Knowledge of AML/KYC, tokenized securities, and data protection laws. Familiar with blockchain architecture and smart contract audit frameworks. Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CAMS, CRCMP) preferred.
