The candidate will work with several learning platforms both to develop an application security curriculumn relevant to the technology needs of Sun Life. The successful incumbant will then oversee the rollout and metric generation of training completion. This role will require constnatly understanding the new technologies employed at Sun Life, determining the security best practices and developing training content and delivering the content personally as needed. • Cyber Security Instructor will assist Sun LIfe in the developing of relevant application security curriculumn and training needs. Will also take part in the driect delivery of training as njeeded.

Qualifications (heading) / Comp\xc3\xa9tences (titre)

• Uniiveristy or college (degree /diploma) in technology field.
• Experience working within tehcnology firm/setting ( 2 - 5 yrs)
• Adult teaching experience (1 - 3 yrs)
• Application development (1- 3 yrs)
• Corriculumn development/advisement ( 1 -3 yrs)
• General cyber security expereince (1 - 3 yrs)

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s (titre)

• Collabroate with team to develop global AppSec corriculumn
• Work with chosen vendors on delivery of corriculumn establish metrics
• Report metrics to Sr, Managemnt.
• Constantly evaluate training curriculumn against technology direction and adjust
• Deliver in person or virtual training as required.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
