Experience

• 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience developing overall solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of DLP technologies, such as network segmentation, data classification, encryption, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and SIEM platforms.
• Proven experience in delivering DLP solutions in a consulting or financial services environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to present effectively to clients and tailor communications to different audiences.
• Relevant DLP certifications, such as CISSP, CDPSE, or CIPP, and familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks related to data loss prevention. Ability to develop and implement DLP solutions to address complex data protection challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet client expectations.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions
• Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven team-player attitude
