You will be the pillar of day-to-day safety within the spa, directly involved in the field and alongside your team. As a manager, you'll play an active role in supporting, supervising and mobilizing a team of around ten agents. You'll be there to guide, intervene, train and ensure rigorous monitoring of operations. Your hands-on leadership will make all the difference in preventing incidents, maintaining a safe environment and the overall guest experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Be present and committed in the field, in constant contact with your team and operations;
Supervise, mentor and coach a team of approximately 10 security officers;
Provide immediate support to team members in managing sensitive or complex situations;
Carry out regular security rounds, observe, advise and intervene when necessary;
Collaborate with the various operational teams to ensure a safe and seamless experience for guests;
Actively participate in the recruitment, integration and training of new members;
Ensure constant and effective communication with agents, managers and external partners (police, CNESST, etc.);
Act as a resource person during inspections, incidents or safety interventions.
Administrative responsibilities :
Steer the emergency measures plan and provide regular, concrete and engaging training to maintain a high level of preparedness and confidence among teams;
Analyze and validate incident reports, learning from them to improve our prevention practices and refine our protocols;
Manage sensitive files with rigor and empathy, ensuring respectful, confidential follow-up in line with current standards;
Supervise safety material logistics and optimize the use and maintenance of safety and communication equipment.
What we're looking for :
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the security field, ideally in a hotel or wellness environment;
A customer service-oriented, caring and discreet approach;
A strong ability to deal with the unexpected, stress and make quick decisions;
Strong observation, listening and clear communication skills;
A valid BSP safety license and up-to-date first aid certification.
Conditions :
Full-time position (40 h/week) with a variable schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays);
