Hold a CPR course certificate or willing and able to take the course
Watch security cameras and do rounds to ensure everything is safe in the building, all doors closed at night
Respond to emergency medical alerts from residents
Responsible for managing evacuation in case of fire (training will be given)
Computer and office skills are an asset
English mandatory, at least some French and Greek would be a bonus
Although this is an overnight shift the agent must be fully awake and alert, ensuring everyone\'s safety in the building
The agent must be assertive and follow all instructions given by management pertaining to safety and security, COVID rules, and general instincts.
