Duties and Responsibilities:- Draft and file disclosure documents on SEDAR+;- Drafting prospectus filing documents for investment fund issuers;- Prepare and complete stock exchange, SEDAR+, SEDI and NRD filings as required;- Monitoring / maintaining compliance deadlines;- Maintaining / updating forms and processes in compliance with securities rules and regulations; and- Conduct searches of public company information on SEDAR+;- Liaise with clients, accountants, lawyers and regulators by telephone and in person to takeinstructions and obtain information, and reporting on status of matters, and;- Additional duties as assigned.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience working as a Securities Law Clerk;- Law Clerk diploma from accredited institute;- Knowledge of Canadian securities law and corporate law;- Proficiency with SEDAR, Corplink, Disclosure net;- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;- Excellent organizational skills and project management skills;- Ability to maintain confidentiality,
