We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk activities, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various office software. Duties



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and proofreading documents Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping and record keeping Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times Perform administrative duties related to medical or dental office operations if applicable

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably as a receptionist or secretary Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clerical experience including filing, data entry, proofreading, and record management Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus but not required Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures preferred Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
