Job Summary



We are seeking a Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role involves managing administrative duties alongside maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will have experience with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and possess strong skills in bookkeeping and payroll. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping within the team.

Hours typically worked are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. On occasion, management may extend office hours to meet demands and timelines - example: payroll processing.

We offer higher-than-average wages for our area. Wage will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable (QuickBooks) Process payroll accurately and on time (QuickBooks) Post and track statistical data Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management, answering phones Assist with social media content updates Provide administrative assistance to upper management General office support

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong accounting knowledge Accurate data entry skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and oral communication, and active listening skills Demonstrate flexibility by changing routine when needed Ability to prioritize workload Ability to maintain professional conduct at all times in the workplace Knowledge of OpenInvoice is an asset
