As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the safety of our customers.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
