Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain a positive public image of the company with appropriate personal conduct and by operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, and courteous manner Create a positive and rewarding customer experience Assist with loading/unloading materials to and from delivery trucks with compact loader, skid steer, Moffett, or by hand up to 50lbs Assist with customer transactions on POS system as needed Prepare delivery orders with accuracy and efficiency Work closely with delivery team to ensure deliveries completed Care for company vehicles and equipment to company standards, and complete daily maintenance, inspections, and cleaning Report all deficiency or damage immediately Monitor traffic flow on company premises to ensure safety Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Participate and comply in Rocklands Health and Safety program Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Internal Skid Steer/Compact Wheel Loader Training provided as needed
Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of retail sales experience 1-2 years of experience in operating skid steer and compact loader Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Class 5 driver's license Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and at times with little to no supervision Ability to be a team player and contribute to the success of the Rockland team
