An excellent opportunity to work with a stoked team, enjoying the outdoors and paying for winter pursuits (skiing, travelling) while gaining experience and training (Sept-Nov). We're offering a constantly evolving environment with a great team for seasons to come.Paneless is in its 27th season and always looking for motivated and driven field techs. We specialize in exterior window cleaning, pressure cleaning and eavestrough cleaning; with each day and site being unique.Field tech will use ladders, water fed poles, aerial man-lifts, and potentially rope access. All training is provided and paid for by Paneless.Paneless is known for building a powerhouse team of positive young staff stoked on being a part of a great team. • Punctual, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to execute tasks within timelines
• Works well in a team and enjoys fast paced work environment
• Able to lift, move, set-up and use ladders

• Ability to work at different heights and in stressful situations

• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

• A positive attitude is essential and a safety-conscious mindset is critical

Employment Type:

• Full time seasonal employment, May 1st - August 30th or May 1st - Oct 31st

Work Hours:

• Varies depending on the seasonal activities and weather. 7:30-17:00 Monday to Friday typical day. Some weekend work may be required.

Salary:

• $20.00-$30.00 per hour
