We're hiring a seasonal assistant to support our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator through our busiest months (Feb-end of June). Early start is available. Strong performance can lead to an extension or a full-time role.

What you'll do:
Answer incoming phone calls from internal staff, drivers, and customers.
Assist with loading/unloading workflow (verify counts, match paperwork).
Prepare and organize BOLs, pallet tags, packing slips, and load sheets.
Update daily shipping/receiving logs in
Smartsheet, Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP--
training will be provide.
Help stage outbound orders and track what's ready to go.
Support the main coordinator with admin and day-to-day tasks.
What you need:
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle fast-paced days.
Good communication and phone skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable working in a busy yard/warehouse environment.
Solid computer/data entry skills; experience with spreadsheets.
Work Conditions
Fast-paced office environment inside a shipping/receiving scale house.
Frequent interaction with drivers, management, and the public.
Extended periods of sitting and computer work.
Hours 7:00am to 5:00pm, possible overtime during peak weeks.
Overtime paid after 44 hours.
Duration: February to end of June.
