We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Seasonal Associate to join our retail team during peak seasons. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain retail experience, develop sales skills, and contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to assist customers effectively and support store operations.

Duties



Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and selections, including conducting product demos when necessary Operate the POS system for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and refunds Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to enhance sales opportunities Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during shifts Handle cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism, including phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Support store cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and inviting environment

Skills



Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Knowledge of technology sales, product demos, and merchandising techniques is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility during busy periods Familiarity with retail tools such as POS systems and cashiering procedures Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone
This seasonal position provides valuable experience in retail sales, customer service, and merchandising while supporting our team during high-demand periods. We seek motivated individuals eager to contribute positively to our store's success.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
