As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchasing decisions. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Support inventory management by restocking shelves and reporting low inventory levels.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with cashiering systems and POS technology is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Ability to engage customers effectively, promoting sales through friendly interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn about products. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed during the seasonal peak.
