What You'll Be Working On:



Customer Experience & Service



Customer-facing every day, provide best-in-class customer service experience to our customers, fielding questions and providing upbeat, customized experience Promote omni-services provided by Kotn and redirect wholesale opportunities to leadership Process cash operations with efficiency and accuracy by capturing customer opt-in to leverage for future marketing opportunities and to finalize the in-store experience loop Redirect CEOs to leadership in order to support with Kotn customer experience guidelines

Operations



Perform day-to-day tasks including opening and closing duties, cleaning, and maintaining the floor throughout the day in order to support in overall store maintenance Communicate successes and opportunities to management about in-store processes in order to heighten store performance

Visual Merchandising



Support maintenance in daily operations tasks by upholding merchandising section standards Maintain physical store cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and comfortable shopping environment Ensure optimum product level volume is being upheld on the floor by receiving and processing shipments, restocking and communicating with Manager when product levels are low

Additional Requirements:



1+ years experience in a mid-volume, customer-driven retail environment A diverse set of interests and skills Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written Easily adaptable to an ever-changing work environment Ability to work weekends

Vos responsabilites:



Experience et service client



Etre en contact avec la clientele au quotidien, offrir a nos clients le meilleur service possible, en repondant a leurs questions et en leur offrant une experience personnalisee et dynamique. Promouvoir les omni-services offerts par Kotn et rediriger les opportunites de vente en gros vers la direction. Traiter les operations de caisse avec efficacite et precision en recueillant le consentement des clients afin de les exploiter pour de futures opportunites de marketing et de finaliser l'experience en magasin. Rediriger les PDG vers la direction afin de soutenir les directives de l'experience client de Kotn.

Operations



Effectuer les taches quotidiennes, notamment l'ouverture et la fermeture, le nettoyage et l'entretien du plancher tout au long de la journee, afin de contribuer a l'entretien general du magasin. Communiquer a la direction les reussites et les opportunites concernant les processus en magasin afin d'ameliorer la performance du magasin.

Marchandisage visuel



Soutenir l'entretien des taches operationnelles quotidiennes en respectant les normes de la section de marchandisage. Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation du magasin afin d'offrir un environnement de magasinage sur et confortable. S'assurer que le volume optimal de produits est maintenu sur le plancher en reapprovisionnant et en communiquant avec le Directeur de marche lorsque les niveaux de produits sont bas.

Exigences supplementaires :



Bilingue en francais et en anglais Plus d'un an d'experience dans un environnement de vente au detail a volume moyen, axe sur la clientele. Avoir un ensemble diversifie d'interets et de competences Communicateur exceptionnel, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. Capacite d'adaptation a un environnement de travail en constante evolution. * Disponibilite a travailler les fins de semaine
