Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience. Ensuring merchandise is displayed properly. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and efficient. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with cashiering duties and cash handling procedures is beneficial. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
