Seasonal Full-Time Sales Associate

Minimum 1 Year of Bicycle Industry or Retail Sales Experience IS Required

seasonal full-time sales associate

to join our team and help riders get the most out of their season!

What You'll Do:

Provide

top-notch customer service

, guiding riders to the best bikes, accessories, and gear for their needs. Stay up to date on

the latest bike tech and trends

to confidently answer customer questions. Assist with

bike fittings

to ensure customers get the right size and setup. Keep the

sales floor organized, stocked, and welcoming

for customers. Support the

service department

by checking in bikes for repairs and coordinating with mechanics when needed. Handle

point-of-sale transactions

efficiently and accurately.

You'd Be a Great Fit If:

You have

at least one year of experience in bicycle industry sales or retail sales

cycling and outdoor adventure

--whether you ride for fun, fitness, or competition. You enjoy

talking with people

and making sure every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase. You have a knack for

explaining product features and benefits

in a way that's engaging and easy to understand. You're

organized and detail-oriented

, keeping the sales floor and checkout process running smoothly. You thrive in a

fast-paced, team-oriented environment

during the busy season.

Schedule Expectations:

This is a

seasonal full-time position running from March to September

, with the possibility of extension. Our shop is open

7 days a week from 10 AM - 6 PM

(7 PM on Thursdays, 5 PM on Sundays). The person hired will be

expected to work at least one weekend day

as part of their schedule.
