Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demos and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling where appropriate Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and returns Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts Uphold store policies regarding phone etiquette, cleanliness, and safety procedures Support promotional activities and participate in store events as needed

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, and cashiering is a plus Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Professional appearance with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work during peak seasons with varying hours; availability for weekends or evenings is advantageous Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving diverse customer populations
