Join our team this holiday season! We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Members to support our stores from

October through January.

We're hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is a must- this is our busiest time of year.


This is a

multi-store support role,

meaning you'll be working between our 41st & Knight, South Granville, & Dunbar locations

.

The Ideal Candidate:
You have polished customer service skills and interest in our products, specifically wine

or craft beer, but also cider and spirits
You enjoy helping others and building relationships with our guests You have retail or customer service experience You have a desire to continually learn new things You can lift 50lbs safely You have evening and weekend availability



Some of what you will do in this job is:
Warehouse support is a large part of this role- Receive orders, unload pallets and stock the sales floor Educate guests about the product and what's behind each bottle Maintain overall presentation of the store Process orders at the till, ensuring that each guest has an excellent in-store experience Assist customers with product selection, providing food pairing suggestions where

appropriate
