Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations Showcase merchandise to enhance customer engagement Operate POS systems for cash handling, sales transactions, and processing payments accurately Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities Assist with merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves and setting up promotional displays Personalize Christmas Ornaments onsite - attention to detail and creativity

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and team members Experience in retail sales is expected Proficiency in using POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods Ability to confidently abd effectively promote merchandise Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude Time management skills to prioritize tasks Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance the shopping experience
This position is ideal for individuals who can work on their own and create an inviting retail experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 1.5 month

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
