Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team on a part to full time basis during the peak holiday season with the potential to work part time for the remainder of the year.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in retail sales are highly valued but not a pre requisite.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations and demonstrations Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product information and assist customers effectively Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
