Carrying the latest trends in men\xe2\x80\x99s and women\xe2\x80\x99s active and fashion forward apparel, outerwear, footwear and accessories, we\xe2\x80\x99ve got a knack for tailoring specific product mixes for each location and their unique customers. - Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales goals through selling and service
- Maintain store visual standards throughout entire shift
- Create customer awareness of current promotions and new product
- Be a positive member of the selling team and support fellow co-workers at all levels of the selling process
- Collaborate with team on merchandising and visual displays
- Participate in stock receiving and processing when needed
- Passionate about the retail culture and has a keen eye for style
- Excellent selling abilities (previous selling/ retail experience considered an asset)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail to reduce shrink
- An upbeat, positive attitude
- Applicants must have open availability
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Bathurst, NB E2A 3A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
