About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team for the busy season at our Distillery District location. Working closely with the Sales Supervisor, you'll provide outstanding service to every customer while maintaining a beautifully presented and organized store.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, pays close attention to details, and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage with customers warmly, offering product knowledge and styling suggestions.
Assist with sales transactions, upselling, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising displays, and stock organization.
Support inventory counts, restocking, and product presentation.
Collaborate with the team and contribute to daily sales goals.
Help implement promotions, events, and visual merchandising updates.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak season.
Comfortable working in an open-air shopping environment (exposed to seasonal weather).
