Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and technical sales support to customers. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance customer engagement. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store operations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales support. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, cashiering, and cash handling is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Phone etiquette that reflects professionalism when interacting with customers over the phone.
