A day in the life:

Provide a positive, engaging and memorable experience for all our customers Welcome our customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the store Utilizing your knowledge and passion for wine, beer and spirits when assisting all customers Make all customers aware of current sales and promotions Take every opportunity to be restocking and facing the shelves so that the store is always looking its best Assist in the unloading and shelving of all orders as they arrive at the store Show initiative during slower periods

Skills:

Understanding and experience using various POS systems Verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to consistently lift 30lbs Customer Service and salesmanship skills Customer conflict resolution Understanding of basic computer and technology functions

Personality Traits:

Welcoming and friendly Works well with others Detail oriented Resourceful Coachable High integrity Self-starting and motivated to contribute

Qualifications:

1-2 years retail or customer service experience Serving it Right certificate Industry experience is an asset (WSET training or equivalent)

Pay: $18.75-$21.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
